Q: Where are you located and what is your service area?

Red Carpet Pet Care is located in Niwot, Colorado and we serve most of Boulder county. Ambassadors will typically travel no more than 10 miles from their homes and are located throughout the county. Best to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Q: How do I schedule a service?

Red Carpet Pet makes it easy to schedule our services. You can call or text us at 530-575-2947 or email us at johnredcarpetpetcare@gmail.com. You can also reach out by filling out the form on our Contact page. We will return all inquiries within 24 hours.  

Q: Do you collect a deposit? 

Red Carpet Pet Care will collect a deposit of 25% of total on overnight stays of 7 days or more at time of booking. For stays during holiday-time, a 50% deposit of total on all overnight stays is required at time of booking.  We do not up- charge for holidays at this time! 

Q: How is payment handled?

Red Carpet Pet Care will send an invoice via email at the end of overnight stays, with payment due 3 days after receiving email. For dog walks, runs, hikes and pet visits/check-ins, payment is due at time of service. If service is on-going, payment is due on last day of service (ie. walk 5 days a week, Monday- Friday, payment is due on Friday.) Check and cash are accepted forms of payment.

Q: Do you charge for more than one animal? 

Red Carpet Pet Care will look at each unique situation. Typically we will not up-charge for 2 animals. Best to communicate your wants and needs with us and we can work together with a rate that we mutually agree on. 

Q: For overnight stays, do you also stay with my pet(s) during the day? 

Red Care Pet Care Ambassadors will not only stay at your house overnight, they also stay with your pet(s) during the day. It is our policy to not be away from your home for more than 3 hours. In those unique situations where our Ambassadors need to be away longer than 3 hours, one of the owners will do a well-being visit. 

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

Red Carpet Pet Care does have a cancellation policy. If a deposit is collected we will refund in-full if given 2 weeks notice or more of scheduled overnight service.  If service is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior the overnight service, we will refund 50% of deposit. During holiday overnight stays, there will be no refunds once deposit is paid.

Q: Will you administer meds?

Red Carpet Pet Care Ambassadors will administer medications as long as it does not pose a threat. We do have a medication instruction document to be filled out and in some cases a Veterinarian signature may be required.
